The Small Electrical Transformers S9-M Oil Immersed Type introduces new international technology, adopts a fully oil-filled sealed type, without an oil conservator, and the transformer changes its oil body due to changes in temperature and load, which is completely adjusted by the flexibility of the transformer tank. The no-load loss of the transformer is 30% lower than that of the S7, and it has strong lightning resistance and short-circuit resistance. The energy-saving effect is more obvious, and the outer size of the transformer is reduced. It is a new type of energy-saving product in China.

The Small Electrical Transformers S9-M Oil Immersed Type Features:
1.Low noise: compact design structure, application of new materials and new technology, reduce noise, no oil storage tank, lower height than similar products. There is no need to change oil during the normal life, which improves the safety and reliability of power grid operation.
2.When the transformer is packaged, the vacuum oil injection process is used to completely remove the moisture in the transformer tank. After sealing, the transformer does not come into contact with air, which effectively prevents oxygen and moisture from entering the transformer and causing degradation of insulation performance (insulating materials and oil aging), so there is no need to conduct oil sample tests regularly.
3.Reliable long-term service life: The fully sealed transformer case cover and the tank rim are bolted or welded to isolate the contact between oil and air. The insulation will not be damp, which greatly reduces the insulation aging speed and improves the service life.
4.Small size and beautiful appearance: S9-M series of transformer oil tanks use corrugated plate fins. When the oil temperature changes, the change in oil volume is adjusted and compensated by the elastic expansion and contraction of the corrugated sheets.The corrugated fuel tank is beautiful in appearance and small in size, with a small footprint.
5.No hanging core: The user does not need to check the hanging core before the fully sealed transformer is operated, which can save the cost of the hanging core inspection.
6.Maintenance-free: The fully sealed transformer does not require maintenance.
